Also before onboarding in the flat, make sure you get the tenants name, Phone no, Email id, and all KYC documents. 09. Also rent agreement and Police verification is a must before in a flat . 10. make sure that Original Police verification and rent Agreement should be received by Property manager in hand or via Courier from tenant side or from Agents side. 11. If the property is rented out with the help of a Consultant or agent, it's his duty to get Police Verification and rent agreement done and notary done. 12. Template of the rent Agreement will be given by the Property manager. ( doc format ) and agents or tenants will use the same Format for final rent agreement. 13. Property managers should have Video and Photo graphs of each Property ready stored on google drive so that he can share with Agents or new Prospective tenants that are likely to decide to take property on rent. 14. If any tenant vacates, the property manager himself visits the flat and checks that it should be in the same condition with all accessories, goods and electric items. or the tenant will send detailed video before vacating the flat 15. The security money will be refunded after ensuring the flat has been handed over without any damage to the items and no wall colour has been disturbed. 16. there will be a standard deduction of colour coating as per actual cost from the final
